🌐 Destination Countries

To ensure optimal delivery security and service quality, we strategically limit our international shipping to the following select destinations:

  • North America: Canada
  • Asia-Pacific: Australia, Japan, and South Korea

If your country is not listed above at checkout, we do not currently offer fulfillment to your region at this time.

📦 Premium Carriers & Delivery Times

To protect your timepiece, we exclusively use premium commercial couriers with end-to-end, door-to-door tracking.

  • To Canada: Shipments are sent via secure cross-border networks, utilizing UPS Standard or FedEx International Ground for ground delivery (typically 2–7 business days). For faster transit, we utilize FedEx International Connect Plus (typically 2–4 business days) or our express upgrade, UPS Worldwide Saver (typically 1–3 business days).
  • To Australia, Japan, & South Korea: Shipments are sent via premium international air networks, utilizing UPS Worldwide Expedited, FedEx International Economy, or FedEx International Connect Plus (typically 2–5 business days).
  • Signature Required: Because our watches are high-value items, all international shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes.

💱 Local Currencies & Transparent Pricing

We want your shopping experience to be completely transparent:

  • Local Currency Display: Prices on our website will automatically display in your local currency (CAD, AUD, JPY, or KRW) using real-time currency exchange rates.
  • Exact Shipping at Checkout: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the live carrier rates to your precise delivery address, plus a minor handling fee to cover transit insurance and heavy-duty protective packaging.
💰 Duties, Import Taxes, & Fees (DDP)

We want your delivery experience to be completely seamless, with no surprise bills arriving at your doorstep.

  • Duties & Taxes Included: For your convenience, all local import duties, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), Goods and Services Taxes (GST), and customs clearing fees are calculated and fully prepaid at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP).
  • No Hidden Fees: Your checkout total is the final price you pay. You will not owe any additional money to the courier or local customs officials upon arrival.
🚫 Final Sale & Return Policy

Please note that due to the high costs of international logistics, customs clearances, and transit insurance, all international shipments are strictly Final Sale. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders shipped outside of the United States. Please review dimensions, case sizes, and mechanical specifications carefully before placing your order.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your watch arrives damaged during transit or you receive the incorrect model, please contact our support team at hello@keep-watch.co within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the package and product.
